Dr Oluyemi Adeosun is a Research Fellow with the Sustainable & Inclusive Digital Financial Services Initiative (SIDFS). He has published over 49 papers in areas like gender, financial inclusion, migration, and entrepreneurship. An alumnus of Lagos Business School, Dr. Adeosun has 20+ years of industry experience, having held senior HR roles in organizations such as Eterna PLC, Accelerex Holdings, Ikeja Electric, and CourierPlus Limited. He is currently a Member of the Scientific Board of AfricaLics and the Alumni Coordinator for Africalics .Dr. Adeosun has participated in prestigious PhD academies in Morocco, South Africa, and Germany, and presented at numerous global conferences. He received the “Outstanding Paper Emerald Award 2022” for his work on gender and microfinance and won Best Paper Presentation at the 2022 ARUA Conference. Additionally, he was a panelist at the joint CSEA-IDRC event in 2023.
