Dr. Nkemdilim Iheanachor is a Strategy Group member at Lagos Business School (LBS) and Academic Director for the Senior Management Programme. He holds degrees in Electronic Engineering, an MBA, MPhil, and PhD in Management. He has taught at University of Stellenbosch Business School and attended faculty programs at Harvard and Wharton.
With a background in banking, investment banking, and consulting, he has worked with over 100 organizations across Africa. Dr. Iheanachor leads the Supply-Side workstream of the SIDFS at LBS, focusing on financial inclusion, and serves as a mentor to CEOs and top executives.
