Rapture Meshach Babang is a dedicated Learning and Engagement Coordinator at the Sustainable and Inclusive Digital Financial Services initiative of Lagos Business School (LBS). With a Higher National Diploma in Business Administration and Management, she is pivotal in coordinating programme logistics, managing the Learning Management System (LMS), and ensuring seamless delivery of learning initiatives.
Her responsibilities include overseeing course enrolments, tracking participant progress, addressing technical issues, and providing onboarding support to new learners. Rapture collaborates closely with the Learning and Engagement Manager to design and implement programmes fostering an inclusive and engaging learning environment.
