Olayinka Dada possesses over two decades of experience in Financial Services, Advisory, and Development. Currently, he serves as an Advisor for Financial Services at The Sustainable and Inclusive Digital Financial Services of LBS, where he supports financial service providers indesigning , launching, and scaling financial products to enhance financial inclusion .He guides FSPs through their product management journey following the Product Innovation Labat SIDFS.
Before SIDFS, Yinka worked at Women World Banking as a Contract Advisor for Savings Mobilization Roll-Out, where he assisted designated financial service providers in developing and improving savings products aimed at underserved women and youths .He also worked at Solina Centre for International Development & Research (SCIDaR) as Financial Management Strengthening Lead on the Northern Nigeria Routine Immunization Program , spearheading the deployment of financial management and inclusion strategies across six Northern States for over 4,500 health facilities .Prior to Yinka’s work in the development space, he had worked with four commercial banks and a microfinance bank across Operations, Sales, Marketing, and Product Development .Olayinka is a graduate of Business Management with a major in Finance and Entrepreneurship.
