The forum was organised by SIDFS and provides a platform where providers within the DFS ecosystem can engage in constructive discussions with regulators on specific regulatory levers which would lead to the creation and delivery of better customer value propositions. This would in turn will move the financial inclusion needle.

The forum focused on a wide range of policy issues impacting financial inclusion in Nigeria including policies affecting DFS Infrastructure, last mile delivery, and enabling environment for FSPs.
